Ordered a 'litter robot' cat box in March 2023. Was told the item was on back order and would ship in the next few weeks and they would provide a shipping confirmation. Emailed a few weeks post-order requesting the status and received no response. Fast forward to July 2023 and still no product and I requested a refund of $59.97, which I have yet to receive. Researched this company online and several sites state they are a scam.

They offered to ship a cat litter box off their website for much cheaper than the price was listed. There was always a discount.

We used email as a way to communicate they said our shipment that we paid for at the end of march/beginning April was on back order but I received a tracking number.

Each time I reached out they claimed they were doing everything they could and apologized for the delay. It was always the same email reply

Saw add on TikTok about automatic cat litter box - placed my order. 3 weeks later I contacted them the only way you can via the website and I was told there is a delay in shipping, then after a few more emails I was told it was on back order, however they are still selling it online. I told them I want to cancel my order was told I couldn't due to their policy. Their policy stated you could cancel as long as your order was not packaged and shipped - which mine wasn't. As of 05-10-23 the website is no longer valid.

A friend sent me a social media ad for a sale on a cat box that I immediately purchased directly from the ad which stated that there were only 2 left. I then received a suspect email about my purchase being on backorder due to their recent viral promotion. But when I tried to look into that I discovered an obviously fake and unfinished store website with no actual business or product information. The video in their ad was for a $700 cat box called a Litter Robot sold by a real company. Upon realizing I'd been scammed I responded to the email requesting that the purchase be canceled and refunded. I received no response and promptly shut down the debit card that I'd given them the numbers and information for.
