Two days later I was billed from someone named Ding Yingchao "[email protected]" with a tracking number that showed it was delivered two weeks before I ordered this item, so now I have a battle.
The person with the [email protected] email sent me a message saying that they don't take Paypal and they don't have an order from me even though it is posted on their website that they do take Paypal and I have the complete order information that I showed them.
