Wyatt Earp has multiple business. He starts by getting you started with his real estate investment business(Tombstone Capital). He acts like he is able to find property out of MLS. He then uses his investment loan company EPIN to act like he is going to give you a loan to support a rehab for distress property. He ask you to fill out contracts for loan and ask for % down payment to start funding. EPIN doesn’t provide loan funding and acts like they can’t work on property and makes fake cost that he claims that has been done to properly for the loan amount that his is supposed to provide but doesn’t provide loan or work on property. He has people who reach out seeking payment when no money has been funded. He is using these contracts to take money from people using two different companies to work together he has created to get people in this trap. I have lost Over $100k from this con artist. I have reported to the FBI as he has commented multiple crimes of fraud. He is doing unethical business between multiple LLC Wyatt Earp has created.
