Type of a scam Online Purchase
So I am contacting you in hopes of steps that I need to take in order to resolve a scam that happened by a fraudulent person or company in Switzerland. I was told by the ScamPulse.com that I needed to contact you guys. I had purchased a product that was being promoted by a social media influencer that I follow who has millions of followers. The whole thing was buy now and get 80% off with the code by the influencer. So I did. That was last week. I got an email that said my order is getting ready to deliver and I’ll get a confirmation once it’s been sent, I never received anything. So I reached out to the email it had on there and it said failed to send that email didn’t exist. So I searched the company online and found tons of reviews on it being a scam and page after page of it being fraud I found a site that gave information on the site and it linked me to a Canada address and information. So I contacted the ScamPulse.com of Canada and reported it. They contacted me back saying the seller was based in Switzerland and the information was incorrect. So here I am now reaching out to you guys wanting to get this resolved before I take legal actions. This company is a scam and scammed me and probably many others and this needs to be addressed immediately. Please tell me who I need to contact and what you need from me and I’ll do it. I want to be fully refunded this is beyond ridiculous.
