I also ordered 2 weekender bags August 22, 2023 and its now October 9 and I've not received them. I call HNS.com customer service. She advised me that HSN-eprtest (company in the video I used) is a scam in Facebook and Twitter and to call my bank and get new credit card and refund.

I ordered the weekender travel bags, too. Its been 6 weeks. They do not respond to email (matter of fact, it bounces back) I will see if Capital One can handle it and get my money back! AVOID!

Hello, Apparently my credit card recognized the scam and refunded me my money immediately after purchase. So, I was looking for a shipment that never was ordered. GOOD! Good luck to everyone else.

I ordered 2 carryons in gray 5 weeks ago. I have been charged but have never received them. They said I would have them by Sept. 5th! Nothing! A scam?…. Do not order from them. I would retract my statement if we get them but it doesn’t look good!..
