Parked at the TJMAX on 650 Ponce in Atlanta 9/27/20 Shopped at the store and have receipts. I was still shopping in the area on foot when I return I have a boot on my car. Tried to show receipts but the employee of EPS said there is no one available on weekends and to call the customer service line. I called and reached a third party answering service. They just took a message and stated I would get a call back in 24-49 hours. Nothing yet. Then I emailed providing receipts and no response. (the website is down) How is this legal to charge a customer triple city parking ticket when you are a paying customer. 75$ is just extortion. This is a scam. I should be able to pay less or nothing by showing my receipt. I am a fair person. We need better regulation to stop predatory booting! Attached my receipt
