EquaHeal Reports & Reviews (5)

On September 10th of 2020, I saw this ad for magic wax beads on Facebook and I continued to a website called Equaheal and proceeded to order the wax kit and wax beads. I entered in my shipping information and my prepaid card Number and the transaction went through that same day. And then I received a notification in my SHOP app that my order had been placed. This app shows me when my orders have been shipped and have arrived to their destinations. However this particular order had taken longer to be shipped out than I had expected and after 30 days I tried to looked up my order # on the website and it said that my order did not exist. Then I proceeded to email the company to get a refund because I had not received my purchase. I haven’t received any response back and today February 9, 2021 I discovered that this company’s website no longer exists and that many others have been scammed by this company. I really would like my 70$ Refunded back to my account and hope that by filing this complain something will be done.

I ordered 3 items totalling over $70 between 10/05/2020 and 10/20/2020. As of today 1/24/2021, I still have not received my items or been refunded my money. The contact info is bogus and the website doesn't exist anymore.

This company processes an order and then does not send them item ordered. They claim to sell accu-pressure mats. I placed an order on 5/14 and as of 6/29 have not received an order nor any communication from the company. I requested a status update on 6/6 and have not gotten a response. Their website claims they are in North Carolina, but the refund policy section on the website lists Alabama. The transaction info says the merchant name is: Equalheal in North Caroline. Merchant ID 565500000529681. This # is also attached to transaction info from credit card company 919-746-1441

On May 18, I purchased a product from Equaheal and received a confirmation email of the purchase. It is now June 15 and I still have not received my purchase. I have attempted to contact the company through their email, their site contact form, and also through their Facebook page. I have never received any communication back from them. On their Facebook page several other customer reported that they too have had the same experience and it must be concluded that they are a fraudulent company.
