I have an investment account open through website www.equityfirstcap.com since oct /nov 2021, was referred by another person. I was gaining 10% profits each week, everything was going good, they were sending my profits each week with no problems until recently. The company closed for the holidays dec 2022 to 2023which is normal and no problems as previous year was same but no issues. they sent email to inform of closure and that they would reopen (1-2-2023) so on this date I put in a request to withdraw current profits balance and I was told they would not reopen until 2-1-2023, but it read 1-2-2023 in email, miscommunication on their part, and now since reopen I've put in several requests to withdraw balance in whole because I just had surgery and have financial emergency need and have not got response at all and my money invested is gone. If anyone comes across this company Do Not sign up. Fair warning.
