Placed an order for LOL dolls beginning of October. Tracking number sent on 10/9. Hasn’t progressed beyond a tracking number. Emails are ignored. Their contact us page just gives an error message. No other way to contact.

No contact details work after order made. Online contact form link appears to be unavailable and no other means of contact available other than an email address, the emails to which, go ignored. Also appears to be dealing with counterfeit products, albeit advertising as legit. Possibly affiliated with www.willowbooks.co.uk

I purchased $237 worth of L.O.L Surprise dolls through this site. It's been a month, and no merchandise, even though it says it would be delivered in 3-5 business days on the website. I tried emailing twice, but nobody responds and there is no number to contact them.
