Then they requested over $1000 of insurance that would be refunded upon the puppy's arrival. Delay in delivery during transit. They then requested over $800 for vet bills as the puppy was dehydrated and proceeded to get it microchipped without asking. In order for the puppy to get on the flight, they needed the $800 in vet bills paid that would be fully refunded along with an additional $500 for concerns caused.
I checked into the flight, there was no puppy on the flight. Complete scam.
