FACEBOOK MARKET PLACE PHISHING SCAM VIA MESSENGER. [email protected]

I got a request via Facebook Messenger to buy a saddle I was selling and to add 150.00 for shipping. Scammer wanted to purchase saddle with no questions asked and told me to add 150.00 to purchase price to cover shipping. Scammer then asked me for my information. They wanted my email address and information.
I told scammer, I would send them an invoice via Paypal and they could pay me that way and that they needed to supply me with the email address they use to get paid on Paypal.
I told scammer I needed an address to ship saddle to so that I would know exactly what shipping would cost.

I then googled the address to make sure it was a legit address but something didn't look right with the address. and I googled the email address scammer gave me and found this website and found this email address listed with almost the same identical scenario the other person experienced.

The address the scammer used this time was different but the email was the same.

This is the FB name the account is under and the address the scammer used this time.
