I work for a local builder. We allow potential buyers to access our homes with a code and without anyone physically being there. We have someone from out of the area that is advertising our homes as rentals, having them view the home with a code, sending them an application and trying to get a deposit from them. The name that is being used is Eran. This is not a legitimate rental opportunity and he does not own the home. BEWARE!
