I purchased a hoodie back in August. I believe it was August 16th ORDER #EOO4406. It is now October 17th and the item has not shipped. I reached out to the business and they informed me that shipping times have changed and to expect my shipment at the end of the month. Nothing arrived. Waited all of September. I noticed the website has been posting “do not contact us via direct message, we are receiving to many messages to respond”. Seemed like they were getting fed up about all the messages they were receiving from people just trying to figure out when their items were going to ship. I have sent them 2 emails now and multiple direct messages with absolutely no answer. No timeline at all as to when the product is going to ship. I also noticed that the website has had enough time to upload their new inventory but hasn’t had any time to respond back to their customers that they so easily took money from.
