They texted my cell phone and home phone, do NOT trust these low lives they are scammers trying to take your money! Do not give them your ss#, location, name or birth date.

They have contacted multiple family members and do not seem to stop wether by text or phone call. They threaten by saying contact us to prevent further escalation.

I received a call from a company called ERG - they said that they had legal docs for a civil complaint that they wanted to give me any information about - but they first needed me to confirm my SS and DOB. When I refused they said that they would be mailing me the docs.

Sent several text messages saying I had a civil matter against me and to call the phone number and gave me a supposed claim #. They then proceeded to HARASS me after I demanded they stop calling me. The same woman “Vanessa” continued to call 8 more times as I continued to tell her to stop harassing me. She told me to let it go to voicemail which I responded I would not. After the last call she waited 15 minutes and called me again asking me why I was so angry. This company then proceeded to call my daughters phone as well as my MIL and leave messages with both of them stating for me to call back and “verify location” she also stated that they “attempted delivery” at my address (which we were actually all home for 2 weeks due to Covid-19 and NO ONE attempted any “delivery” accept Amazon ??.) They call using a third party number because I tried blocking the number and it was still able to call me.

Talked to someone about a year and a half ago who threatened me if I didn’t pay - the supposed debt that I never received anything about in the mail. Filed a complaint and didn’t hear back until today. Claiming there has been a complaint filed against me in my county, which I also never received, and are now calling to verify location information.
