I visited the website several times, viewed videos of the product being made and searched reviews online then had a zoom call with a representative, Samantha on April 14, 2023 at 4;30pm. I placed the order on the website on April 22, 2023. The cost of rower $2,249.00 plus cost of 1 year membership to video links for rowing $319.00 plus Professional Rower Assembly $249.00 plus Taxes $149.88 = $2966.88 I have responded to emails from the company asking where is my rower. I have sent a request via their chat and their contact us portal. No response to date and their website shows it was delivered May 6, 2023, they have the address listed correctly. I work from home, I'm always here, there was no delivery! I click on the tracking number and I get sent to a China shipping site https://t.17track.net/en#nums=568685385850. I have filed a claim with my credit card company.
