I placed an order for a bassinet online through facebook. I was given an order number of EFM2112951 and was told my item would be delivered by Oct 20th. I attempted to track my order and the website is no longer in service and I cannot contact anyone about my item. The company is Ergoveno.

I came across the advertisement on Facebook of a very nice looking baby bassinet and saw the price so I decided to order it. I commented on the Facebook post saying I had bought one and I was excited to receive it since I didn't have to pay such a huge amount like I would have if I bought a similar product by another company. A day or so later I received an email from the company with a tracking number, but I was only able to enter the number on their website to "track" the order. It gave an odd delivery date of October 12-24th and no further info as to where my package was.

Then I started receiving messages to my Facebook account from people who said they had the same thing happen to them and never received the product or their money back. They all stated the business could not be reached and anyone who tries to "out" them is blocked on social media. They stated the company is a scam and all pictures and advertisements they are using are stolen, as well as the comments left on the advertisements being faked by fake profiles. BEWARE.
