This group works with school districts to obtain grant funding for various projects. In doing so, it attempts to "partner" with private vendors. By partner, ERI Grants demands that the private vendor overcharge for their services or create fake services to charge the school district. This fraudulent charge would then be paid directly to ERI Grants as part of their partnership charge. By utilizing this practice, ERI Grants is directly committing fraud with Federal Grant money, and overcharging the school districts which they claim to be helping.
