I was sold and I paid for dog in cash. I was emailed that the puppy would be delivered to me the following day by Starwood Animal Transfer. I was not informed of any additional charges from the Erico Cavapoo Puppies.The shipper phoned me to inform me that I had to pay, in cash, $1500 as a deposit on a special crate because my puppy was under 18 weeks old. That money was to be returned when I returned the crate. Erico stated that the puppy was 10 weeks old. If he was a reputable dealer he would have known the puppy needed this special crate, but neglected to inform me. After many emails Erico claimed to send $500 to the shipper and I, reluctantly, at 9:00PM, May, 28, 2022 sent the shipper $500. They supposedly shipped the dog to Dulles airport. They then proceeded to demand another $500. I refused. I now do not have a dog or the $750 I paid for the dog or the $500 I sent to the shipper. They claim the dog was sent to “Animal Abandonment”. This entire deal was was a sham. I do not believe there was a puppy, only a picture of a puppy. I have an email trail to confirm what I was promised. Of course they refused to refund any money.

Selling a puppy, Did not video call to see puppy as requested several times. No paperwork provided. Extra charge expressed but not discussed in advance like shots expired 1000.00 needed, special crate needed 1500.00. Ad stated 100% money back quarantine does not to honor that.

- Went to the pet website https://www.erikocavapoopups.com/ puppies were offered for half price ($750 + $150 delivery)

-Puppies had to be paid for in advance, forwarded requested amount. Was contacted by the delivery service ********* *** ******* stating I needed my puppy to be transported in a special crate so I needed to pay more money but it could only be paid in the form of an American Express gift card. Was notified my puppy needed additional shots so I needed to pay more money which also could only be paid in the form of an American Express gift card. After final conversation (text) with the delivery company and I refused to pay additional money, I was no longer contacted.

I have emails and text messages to substantiate all accusations listed.
