I purchased a sweater from the website erlofe.com which took 4 weeks to arrive even though claimed it was produced and shipped from SC. Said sweater was nothing like the one posted on the site. Customer service will only accept a return if there is something wrong with the item. (can't exchange for a different item and can't return if you don't like it) NO phone # listed on site. Customer service asked for pictures, I sent and the only reply I received was, "it is correct" They have not answered ANY of my emails, deleted my comments on FB and did NOT post my review. Also, beware that the website frequently changes names, but sells the exact same items on "every" site.

This company offers women's clothing. However, what is depicted on the website and what you receive are not the same. I attempted to return/exchange the items, but was told they only exchange for size, despite the fact that one of the items is damaged. When I continued to ask for my money back, they offered a few dollars and I can keep the items. When I continued to ask for a full refund, in each successive email, they have upped their "offer." Since ordering from them, I have found dozens of online warnings about them. I tried calling them, however, the number on their Facebook page (there is no number on their website)- goes to someone who doesn't seem to be connected to the business. Their Facebook page also has an intersection as their address. The address I provided for this complaint came from the address on the package that I received.
