Ernie’s heart reached out wanting to collaborate. They were in good communication with me throughout my purchasing process. As soon as I placed my order she did send me a code for my followers. Two weeks later the shipping information had to get to be updated so I reached out to the company on Instagram. I got no response. When I tried to go to the website which I purchased the products from the website said it no longer existed. I reached out again to the email and Instagram account. I have never heard back.
