I placed an order with Erummagers, a site I discovered on Facebook, seven months ago.

The site offered 'unique styles from hundreds of independent designers in a full range of sizes. Inspired by feedback from our dedicated customers and highly engaged community, we also design and sell our own exclusive line of apparel.' I was told my order would take up to 10-12 weeks as the product I ordered was coming from out of the country.

My credit card was charged immediately and I was told I would receive a tracking number when my order was shipped. Needless to say, I never received my order. The company avoids responding to all emails and Facebook messages and the phone number has been disconnected.

Stay away! This company is a total SCAM.

We purchased from this scammer. They entice you with a coupon, get your money and never send the item. They are listed on Facebook and if you log a complaint it will immediately disappear. We contacted you (BBB) and ask you to help and you said they will not return your calls. The FBI should be notified you can go the their Facebook account and watch and see people complain and the complaints disappear. We contacted Facebook and alerted them of this. I suspect this is a really big operation and a much bigger problem than people know. Thanks
