Ordered placed in May…never received order…reached out to company for a refund was suppose to be refunded a month ago still haven’t received and now my emails are not getting answered

I ordered the merchandise 6-13-23. I haven't received a single item. And the shipment says "shipment left in agreed location as instructed" on 5-11-2023

The order was placed online and a confirmation email was received. I have called the number(not a working #) and sent several emails with no response and have not received any products but my

payment was processed immediately.
