Escrow Agents communicate with the existing clients to identify their needs and offer solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. Position duties will include handling and updating escrow instructions, performing billing and collections procedures on assigned escrow cases as well as assisting with closing current escrow deals. All new employees receive training by assigned supervisors, which is fully sponsored by the company.
This is a salary-based position with the initial compensation of $55,800 per year plus incentive bonuses paid monthly. Full-time and part-time options are available to choose from; both come with great benefits, including PTO and holidays; health insurance and sick pay; 401k retirement plans with company match, etc. We are hiring people to work from home, so no matter where in the United States you're living now, you can join our team.

The link leads to a legitimate looking portal where you create a password for your user (email). Then they ask you to download two files, print them, sign them (without important information), scan them, and send them back. Now they have called me for a phone interview and the guy does not sound like anybody that should be hiring anyone. Something about this seemed iffy the entire time but I eventually thought no one would go through so many hoops to scam, until I got the "job" and did more investigating into the person who so called hired me. Let me go back, whenever I called, it was a simple hello and not a professional greeting. The application portal had the same number for a different person(district manager) as the hiring manager's number. Weird for a professional company willing to pay so much to someone they barely interviewed over the phone. they were not very professional. and when I finally looked up the gentleman's picture via google image search, it was a photo sold overseas on multiple websites. Obviously stock. Unfortunately I just submitted some personal info seconds before I thought about searching for that. I have since taken everything down but I am not sure if it is too late.
