We are members of Palladium Vacation Club, we believed we were being offered a chance to rent, not sell a few weeks.

Long story short, Erick Hill of Escrow Services LLC created an escrow account to handle escrow, paperwork for transfer weeks & served as our contact what we believed to be Palladium Vacation Club. Erick Hill and Jonathan Martinez, Reservation Agent / Renee Wittick, Verification Officer of bogus Palladium Vacation Club using Palladiums website, email address, letterhead, all linked to Palladiummembersclub.com which is the SCAM. They beautifully talked, created paperwork, and truly made us believe that we were dealing with Palladium Vacation Club.

When they said all we have to do is send money is when we tried to back out of deal. They kept calling and having each other providing us with information that sounded very legit, we eventually took the bait after the Verification Officer said that if the whole thing fails apart this money would be held in our account at Palladium for future vacations. That was where we decided to take gamble, if everything fell apart we would spend that money at the resort.

Well it turned out to be a bogus account that we wired money to. Bye Bye $7,000.

I felt we really did our homework, these guys were good!

Back in Jan of this year , we received a phone call from Doug Kaplan, at Absolutely Amazing Vacations, in Georgia, that he had a seller for our timeshare. Many costs were involved and they were using a company called Escrow Services LLC in Georgia. It looked legit and we even could check our balances and got stamped receipts from Mexican officials /state taxes etc. In August of this year, a Gilbert Sperling took over this case and assured us that he would be closing. More money was requested and wired. I want to warn everyone of these two companies as they are total frauds.
