I purchase a pool filter and they sent me a little Tank-top for a kid. The filter was $80.00 and they said they was going to refund me but never did. Now they will not reply to my E-mail.

I went on line to purchase a pool filter then I notice they took out my money but I never got an email to confirm order or delivery tried to call and number not working and email comes back to me.
