It was a website on facebook. Initial reviews were excellent. After contacting the company when I got a delivered message, I was able to dive deeper and see that exactly what happened to me has happen to so many other people. When I contacted the service email I was told it was delivered and there was nothing they would do as it had been delivered and the money left my account, they did offer a very lackluster solution and I didn't dare give them permission to put it back on my card. Still never resolved after multiple emails back and fourth. My last email said I was going to contact authorities.
