DO NOT and I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a complete scam and all the reviews are fake.
I ordered three papers from them on a project I was working on and they were written by a non-native speaker, full of run-on sentences, grammar mistakes, and misspelled words. A 2nd grader could have done a better job.
They then sent me back the same exact paper on my revisions. When I tell you the paper made absolutely no sense at all, was repetitive, and an attempt to repeat the same unstructured sentence in every paragraph. No research, no analytical thought, no insightfulness, no sources, It was written using google translate.
I truly believe this is a scam based in India, Asia, or Africa pretending to be in America. When you call you will understand through the accents and broken English that answer the phone.
They have fake profile pictures of white Western attractive men, (stock images) but that is not them nor who is writing your papers.
They need to be investigated for fraud and SHUT DOWN. Let's put it this way, if you are the type of naive person that gets an email claiming you won a million dollars, but need to send them $1000 to claim it--then by all means use them because you want to be scammed. If you wouldn't fall for that, then be smart and listen to my words,
RUNNNNNN, don't walk!
THEY ARE A SCAM that will not only waste your time and keep your money.
If you are dumb enough to use them, PLEASE pay with an American Express because they will fight to have your charges reversed whereas other credit cards may not.
To top it off, they claimed they would issue me a full refund. This, after trying to only give 50%, then 70%, then 80%.
They told me to send them a PayPal invoice, which was highly suspicious as they could have just refunded my original method of payment like most REAL businesses do. So, I naively sent it and they emailed me a link showing that it was paid. Only the link was to a fake screenshot of a paid invoice. When I logged into my Paypal all three invoices were still pending and had not been paid.
This will be their end as I will now bring fraud charges against them and make Paypal aware that they are sending fake paid receipts using their logo and information, which I am sure is a federal crime. This is the only silver lining as I believe this action will be their undoing.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED BY A REAL PERSON with a master's degree.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RUN and RUN fast.
They do not honor the refund policy. They have people without a basic understanding of English writing Ph.D. level and law papers.
Essaybeam, you should be ashamed of yourself for the hurt and time wasted you cause people scamming them instead of running a legitimate business.
Again, believe NONE of the positive reviews; They are fake!
Message me and I will send you a copy of the papers so you can read them yourself and decide if you want to use this scam service.
UPDATE: I messaged to have them to permanently delete my account and they emailed me that they had. I then went to the website and logged right in as it was not deleted.
