I opened a link online that offered a free full-size sample of a skin care product. The website used false claims of famous women who use the product. After I paid a $5 shipping fee, I received another jar of the same product but this time I was charged $73. The invoice doesn’t list the company contact information and I’m at a loss on how to cancel the order, mail the product back, and get a refund.

Any company offering a free trial of essencia should be avoided, its a scam. They dont tell you that its a 14 day trial that starts when you place the order. Then they charge $93 a month and its impossible to stop without cancelling your card.

On Face Book, this product was portrayed as a “sample” just pay shipping of $4.90 and the serum $4.95. Was charged this and received the product. There is no address on the packing slip. I did not keep the box so I have no idea where it was shipped from. On Friday night July 20th I received a phone call from my credit card company asking If I recognized certain charges. Two charges of $93.87 and $93.79 I did not, and started investigation on Saturday. First number I called in Florida 844-824-4909, I was informed I signed up for auto shipment of this product. Naturally to my surprise I said absolutely not, CSR #133 said she cancelled my enrollment. After 45 minutes of demanding my money back and asking for a supervisor she offered “two free bolttles”... over and over this is all she would say, then another CSR got on the phone and informed me there was no one there who could help me until Monday. On Monday I was late getting home from work, so I called the Florida #, since FL is eastern time and I am central.

CSR #501 Taylor, informed me this was a 10 day trial. I told her NO, that offer did not portray that...argued back and forth.. was finally told someone would contact me in 24 hours. Naturally that did not happen. I just relented to the fact, I let these people scam me...
