Looking for Maine c o o n kittens. The pictures I was giving are the same s Maine [censored] Love, located in Tx, they say. Esther’s is Ca, they say. ..50%off, $400 and the cats are chipped. Email came with the same pictures as Maine [censored] Love. They could not provide a vet report and said the report would be shipped with the cats. Scam!,

I was just inquiring about the kittens for sale, from ESTHERS Maine [censored] Kittens. They were 50%off, $400 each. The kittens are chipped. I went to check if they were legit and found the same pictures in the compliant below. I received an email and the price was $100 more. The pictures are on the same couch. Scam with a new name!

There is another website with the same pictures of the kittens but different names. The kitten I was asking for was $500 and free shipping to pick it up from the airport and an additional $50 for home delivery. I never said I wanted home delivery, but they made a contract and sent me with the home delivery fee added and the charge came up to $550. They told me that they were located in San Jose, CA. No phone number was provided tho. They had more pictures and a video of the kitten and even pictures of their parents. It was believable until they told me they will ship it right away tomorrow, so I searched it up and it's impossible to ship right away because of documents and certifications, also I checked out the price for plane shipment and it was $265. They were shipping it for free. The website is http://cristarmainecooncattery.com So I was searching up information about the page and google searching the pictures, that's when I came up to the page esthermainecoons.com so that's when I was 100% sure that it was a scam. Good thing I hadn't made any payments yet. Beware people, and do your research before deciding on paying for pets.

I am sure there are more. They are recycling the same pictures. Please Don't give them your money. I have spoken with REAL breeders. There is no one in such a desperate need that they would sell these show quality kittens at such a low price. There is so much money involved in cat breeding, most kittens are sold before they are born with long waiting lists. The breeders are going to want to meet you and know you before they let their kittens go. They will not offer them up for sale like this. The further I dig the more fraud I find. These people are cunning. They will tell you this is not a scam, I am a Christian, I wouldn't lie to you. They will contact you over Text and Email. They will not answer the phone or FaceTime. Protect yourself. I think they are over seas because when they attempted to get money from me it wanted to change the currency to Euros. I am reporting them everywhere I can.

you will see some of the same images on each website. They almost go us too but we couldn't use Zelle and we told them we had to PayPal. I sent it as a business to be safe and they wanted it as a friend and family transaction. Thank goodness we didn't when we started asking questions and calling they never answered. Thank goodness PayPal saved us. I am on a mission to find all of their sites I have Filed some IC-3 and I will continue. I am so sorry for all of your losses. I want to find the source of these photos so I can warn them.

I did not purchase Bella, as there were red flags once I asked who I was speaking with and their TICA affiliation, they stopped talking to me. Shipping to Canada was a one day special of $99.

Yeah, I fell for it too...I wanted an adorable kitten that could keep my wife company at home, to make her happy. And some worthless POS does this. Well, at least they didnt get around to asking for additional money for shipping.

It’s unfortunate for the 1st victim on this thread and then seeing a second post made me happy we didn’t follow through. We contacted them to inquire about the kitten we liked. When we asked questions (via text) we was told 499$ for her. This raised a red flag for me. Who writes $499 like that? We then asked how do we go about picking up the kitten @ the airport and was there going to be more fees when we pick her up, we was told the 499$ was for shipping and the kitten right to our door. Although I know you can send pets via airplane, this just didn’t make sense to me. We decided to wait. This is so wrong to do to people!

I have seen people write 499$. It's like saying four hundred and ninety-nine dollars. ? French speaking people type like this. Was the kitten coming from Quebec?
$499 is cheap for a MC. We paid $1000 for our last one and drive to the breeder to pick it up.

However Maine [censored] sell for $1000 in Can$. I cannot say exactly how much shipping is. It would really depend on where the shipping originates and where it's going. Has anyone received a kitten from this cattery?

So sorry you lost money on this. I was interested in a kitten too but asked for their business credentials so I could verify the legitimacy of their business before I would send any money. This was yesterday and although they always responded quickly to previous questions/inquiries and were rushing transfer of information/funds, I have not heard a word from them since. Please google search IC-3. This is the FBI division of internet fraud. Report them there. I have.
