This company appears to operate and advertise products as a legitimate company. Once you buy a product, your credit card or paypal is charged immediately and you receive a tracking number that often times shows shipping information from BEFORE you even placed the order. The information does not match up - weight of item(s) and date of shipment, for example. You are unable to contact the seller because the customer service information is bogus. Your emails are rejected and there is no way to communicate. The charge to your bank account shows up as "Tran Thao Suong" and will not be refunded if charged through PayPal. I personally lost $154.98 on an Xterra exercise bike which I received an order confirmation on, verification through PayPal and a tracking confirmation which showed it shipped days before I ever placed the order - and I never received my product or a refund. I have proof of my rejected emails requesting cancellation and refund. However, it looks like this company continues to get away with scamming people. I cannot find an address for them.
