Advertised a laser-engraved custom bracelet from EternaCustoms.com, recieved a cheap bracelet with a photo print capped with resin. Company refused return AND refund. Asked if they would send what was advertised, they said no and that they don't sell that product even though that product is what is advertised on the website and social media. I lost $46.80 on this order.
