I purchased a hoodie from TikTok for $4.95 when the purchase was over they actually took out $10 and then right after try to take out another $150 out of my account. Every time I try their phone number to let them know what happened It just rings and rings and rings. Tried to file a complaint online and it never goes through. So crappy that they promote a Christian orientated hoodie and then scam you.

On tiktok they are selling hoodies for jyst the cost of shipping & handling of $4.95

But after i input my card info & transaction goes through . My bank informs me they are attempting to take out $29.90 . Not what i am paying for . There description says you may cancel within 24 hrs by contacting them via support or phone ( they keep hanging up on me . And support states it can take up to 3 business days to respond . Kinda backwards

I want my money back . Ive closed out that card so no further attempts may be made
