Online retailer (Eternal LA or Eternal Vintage?), offered racing jackets which I ordered, and was charged for, on Dec 19, 2022. I received email confirmation of the order on that day, and shipping notification email on Dec 26. The jacket never arrived. The USPS tracking number showed USPS never received a package to deliver. I sent several emails to them requesting resolution. They did reply once and said they would send the jacket and/or apply a refund. They never responded again after repeated email requests. URL link to my order was taken down. They don't have any other method for contacting them besides email.
