I purchased 2 separate orders of clothing on this businesses website https://etherelly.myshopline.com/ in November of 2023. The website appeared legitimate, and I provided my name, address, and credit card information. After following up on the orders and tracking a few times, I finally received a fake ring which I determined came from this company which they confirmed. They stated the ring was their way of apologizing for the delay or shipping issues with the orders. I'm still in contact as they respond back by email, and finally requested a refund in February. They stated they could only refund 70% which I agreed. It's now been two months, I followed up again and they state they have delays in processing refunds. Their website no longer works, but they do respond back to the email address I provided. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with no luck. The tracking shows the items came from China, but were never received. The ring I received came from New York.
