I saw their product that I was interested in advertised on Facebook. I decided to look up the company's website directly, rather than click the ad on Facebook. I ordered a couple of items on 10/24/2021. After a couple days of not receiving any information on fulfilling my order, shipment, tracking, I contacted the company via email. They responded apologizing for the delay and that my order would be shipped soon. A few days later, now one week since placing my order, I emailed the company again, 10/31/2021. They responded that my order would be shipped on two days. On 11/5/2021 I still had not received any notification of my order being filled or shipped. This company seems to go by a coup0le of different names, Etsy-Brahil, Etsy-Brahilz, Valenge, brahil.com.
