I noticed a charge on my Etsy account. This scammer charged approximately $260 to my credit card four separate times before I got it stopped. The orders were all for the same "bomber jacket" which I didn't order. The seller provided a tracking number for each shipment, and the "packages," or whatever they shipped, were delivered to addresses in my county which do not even have homes on them, according to my local post office. Etsy customer service has been absolutely horrendous to work with and has not been a bit of help. All I get from them are robot responses directing me back to their website help page. Their policies say that customers can dispute charges and be refunded, but this has not been my experience. I was scammed out of a lot of money and I'm not sure I'll get it back. I will never buy a product from the Etsy site again.
