I ordered my icemaker last year March 20, 2021 and I have not received it yet and here it is May 9,2022 I ordered three spent over $150 and I have not received it I have not heard from now at all.

I never received the ice maker I ordered. Contacted them many times, no response. So upset. How do they get away with this?
Why does Facebook allow them to advertise?

There is no phone number or address to contact them. Guess that should have been my first clue.

I order what I thought to be two countertop Ice makers. Was suppose to be delivered 2 to 3 days. When I didn't receive the items by that time I looked up contact info. and the only way to contact them was to use a form through email but I couldn't get the form to pull up so I went to my email and tried emailing to their support email which was [email protected] and the emailed was rejected. So I have been online researching. I also got the tracking number and was tracking the item when it finally said it had been delivered In or around mailbox. Well needless to say I was in total shock to find my package was a pair of socks that cost me 72.00. I was furious so that is why I am reporting this company. in researching the P.O. Box I discovered there are other businesses running out of the same P.O. Box. I dont know what I can do at this point to either receive what I ordered or get my money back. Please help!!
