17 MAR 2024, I sent another email saying "I have still not received my order. Please tell me the status." They responded the same day: Hello! The goods are already in your country, please don't worry. They are delivered to you soon. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Tracking number: AM247072487CN
10 APR 2024: I sent them another email: ANOTHER THREE WEEKS HAVE PASSED WITHOUT AN UPDATE. I am ready to cancel and request my refund. The tracking number takes me nowhere. Please respond with legitimate status information.
10 APR 2024: Their response: Hello! The logistics showed that the merchandise has arrived at your shipping address. please check it out. Tracking number: AM247072487CN
10 APR 2024: I told them the package had NOT arrived.
11 APR 2024: Their response: Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to learn that you still haven't received this item. After checking, we found that your parcel has indeed arrived at your shipping address. Please check with your neighbors and family to see if they have signed the package for you.

12 APR 2024: My email to them: MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED AND TRACKING DOES NOT WORK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. SHAME ON YOU. I WILL TURN YOU IN FOR FRAUD DEPT IF MY PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED ASAP.

17 APR 2024: Their response: Your express delivery was sent to the wrong address by the logistics company. Now they are going to find the express delivery again. If they can find it, they will re-arrange delivery for you.
