I clicked on an add for a 14 day trial (sample)of some skin cream. Just pay the shipping. That was on 2/14/17... today I check my checking account and shocked and scared to see that almost $200 was taken from my account for not contacting them within 14 days of receiving product. Charged full retail today. I contacted them and they said I signed terms and agree but they were unable to provide me with a copy. Klohe is who I spoke to. She spoke with billing who said they were agreeed to credit me 40% or $80.00 of what was charged to my account. Although if I had called within the 14 days I kept the product for my shipping cost. I said that was unexceptable but to give me the credit and I would pursue further. Note I never received any emails except for the shipping notice which contained no company contact info. The boxs also did not contain and company info or contact info. She said I did...no way. It's crazy that you can't just get what they are offering without being concerned that your going to be billed mega bucks. I don't spend this kind of money on skin care. I have a family to take care of. I was sent two emails showing my supposed "account" canceled yet have yet to receive credit email Klohe said should be to me in a couple min. I told her I would wait on the phone with her till it came through, that I didn't trust a company that frauds people like this. She said she had work to do, put me on hold, still no email. She came back and said email team would send me an email with the info. Said it should come right through. It didn't. Told her I would wait with her on the phone till it did. I asked to talk to billing or the email team and was told they don't come to the phone. Take the phone to them. I can't do that, she says! I'll wait, I told her. No...I have have work to do and a conference call to take, she says. Asked if it was anyone important...I had something to share during her call. At this time after 31.22 mins she said she had to go and hung up! Still no credit notice and I'm out $120.00! Please help. I can't afford this!
