I came home from a deployment for the U.S Army. Nick Olson knew I was looking for a car and told me he could help me find a car. He told me that he found a car but the seller wasn’t really trying to sell the car but would sell to nick because he knew him. Told me the price of the car was 16,500$. Nick Olson bought the car for 10,000$. I bought the car through nick. He told me he made a 2,000$ down payment on PayPal to hold the car. Told me he paid another 6,000$ payment through PayPal. I brought 8,500$ with me to buy the car. I later found out from the previous owner that he sold the car for 10,000$. Nick Olson made a 1,000$ down payment through PayPal and brought another 500$ with him to make 10,000$ for the purchase with the previous owner of the car. I have since then seen him scam other people in and around MN. I’ve been told that he has now created a business and I’m now reporting this so that people know of his scams and that he will continue unless he is stopped.
