This person was on a candle resource group selling her extra supplies. I paid money for the product but it was never shipped. Individual used many excuses when asked for updates, gave me a tracking number that was not used for anything according to USPS and she blocked me from finding out further updates on my purchase. 2 months later, still no communication or products. I have proof of purchase and copies of the communication up until I was blocked.
