Ordered travel bags …buy one get one free (2 orders) on 1/25/23. Paid $51.28 with a prepaid debit card that I no longer have. Received only half of my order. Have been emailing ever since (multiple) and kept being informed order was shipped and couldn’t refund. Said made in the USA but order was shipped from China. No business phone number or address to contact other than email. Their email is [email protected]. Their website is evaafashion.com. Get computer generated letters and now they stopped responding to emails altogether.

I ordered the epic bag from this Evaa Fashion. It was a buy one get one free for $26.99. I received one bag, but not the free bag. After several (10) attempted phone calls to the number listed as debiting money from my bank account, leaving several messages for a return call with no response, an additional $52.98 was debited from my account. I have gone back and forth with Evaa Fashion via email (11), and the issue, of just sending the free bag, has not been resolved. I have supplied them with all the necessary information with my proof of purchase and I continue to get the run-around. This has been going on for over a month. The worst customer service I have experienced. I had to close my bank card and get a new one issued because they have debited my account a total of 3 times for the same item and I still have not received the free item.
