Hello. I was also scammed! I’m expecting payment of base $3750, plus $80 in bonuses once delivered. I have the contract stating this, and stating I would be paid 30 days after completion of my first task. The date of payment was supposed to be December 9, 2023 … nothing! I’m not only upset 😢 I have no way of paying my rent, bills, food for my children! This Christmas 🥺 God help me.

Hello, I was also scammed by this company. I just reached my one month and have been locked out of the portal. My first email was from [email protected] who claimed to be a recruiter. I will be following up with the lawsuit. I did ask them about the point of the job I was doing and they said it was for questions and quality check. I knew it sounded a little too good to be true. Guess I was right. Would've been nice to make that $$ though! What a sham.
Huge scam

Hello, I also just reached my 1 month in sending/receiving packages and have been blocked from entering their portal. I did ask them half way through about the point of all of these packages and they said the main purpose was to answer questions and quality control. Luckily I didn't depend on that income as nice as it would've been. I have a couple packages that were still set out to be delivered so I guess I'll be keeping those. Wish I would've kept more as the products were very nice! Ugh. I will be reaching out to be part of the lawsuit. My original email was from [email protected] who said he was a recruiter. What a sham.
Huge scam

Offered employment contract, worked for 30 days, remote access shut off and haven’t received payment for $4070. I found online a scam alert with other victims. They have my bank account details (now closed) and ID information.

SCAM ALERT!

I was contacted through email by EVA Gift Shop and they offered me a shipping/receiving clerk remote job. They asked for government issued ID and bank details. I shipped three parcels for them over a period of one month and on the day of my payment they block my access to user panel and they never paid me. I sent multiple emails to their HR email address but got no response.
Emails were sent by Ruben Hansen (HR Manager) and job offer was sent by Owen Carter (Chief Human Resources Officer)

Hello Mr. Boehm, I am writing in response to the scam with Eva gift shop. I am looking to put together a class action lawsuit, as it seems that they are criminals conducting illegal employment, and business. Please email me at [email protected] with your contact information and the nature of your experience, listing dates, and providing any contracts that were signed. Anyone else reading this that has been a victim of Eva Gift, and Ruben Hansen or Emily Clark, among others, please email that address, and we will add you to the class action civil lawsuit. Any other questions or concerns, please email them as well. Thank you.

Can you help me please? 🥺 I’m disabled, can barely walk and I did this work! I’m beyond upset 😢 I put my payment info omg I feel like such an [censored]! 🤦🏽‍♀️

My situation is similar. They called me, I signed a contract after doing research and even had some friends look it over. Worked for 30 days expecting $3750+$380 bonus on Dec 9.

Emails and phone calls go unanswered once access was cut off Dec 8.

I’ve contacted my bank and closed my bank account for protection but have bills to pay.

I will reaching out to you if I don’t get a response from EVA HR today

I was approached by a recruiter for Eva Gift Shop as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, work from home opportunity.

I submitted my resume, filled out the application, received a confirmation of both and in 2 days was presented an offer letter.

I requested a HR call to discuss start date and specifics but I was told to submit the acceptance letter with further communications to follow.

The job description, company website, benefits and all related new hire type information was included - it looked legitimate.

Once I filled it out, signed and provided direct deposit information - all communications came to a halt.

I called 7 times, left 7 voicemails, left text messages, sent 6 emails requesting confirmation of this position and a start date.

Every email I sent requesting a call or meeting was answered with "someone will call you soon" or" we have been trying to reach you" - nothing in any of my call logs, texts, etc., indicate an attempt to reach me.

After several emails trying to ask for clarity, the last one I received stated: "Feel free to call (310) 573-8575 or leave a message in the next 2 hours. If we do not get in touch by tomorrow we will consider another candidate, thank you for your time." This is after I sent the signed & accepted offer - in other words, they will try to scam someone else.

I would like to prevent them from finding "another Candidate".

I encourage everyone to call their bank and speak with the fraud division. Wells Fargo opened a new checking account and transferred my funds at no cost. The acct information Eva has will only accept deposits and no withdrawal.

The atm cards transferred immediately so I can still use them but they are linked to the new account.

If these people are scammers they get their money from somewhere- it’s not going to be from any account with my money.

I wish I saw this last month. I worked for them for a month and on my scheduled pay date they restricted my access from system and never paid me.
