My husband and I saw that the dog is still available. My friend went on your website and you tried to sell her the dog that you previously sold me. I would like a full refund if your intentions are not to send her to me. I am very upset and thinking about contacting my banks’s fraudulent department where they will investigate this issue for me. If you do not refund my money or at least give me the courtesy communication with a reasonable explanation I will contact the local authorities and report you to the Better Business Bureau. If you do not wish to have legal action taken against you, I suggest you try to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
