When I told them I was going to report them to BBB, only then did they offer 50% off. I immediately told them to credit my cc and stop shipment of product because I DID NOT ORDER IT nor did I sign up for a free trial of ANYTHING!
Ironically every customer service rep gave same pitch and eventually hung up on me while saying how sorry they were they could not help me...click! If they were a legitimate company they would credit my account for the two charges I DID NOT APPROVE.
Picture is of Free samples I ordered and received. I have yet to receive product I was charged for today.

out of my bank account and I called and they said its not in thier policy refund money to customers I said they need to refund the 98. I did not authorize and they the Rep started getting rude and said they could not authorize that either because of policy issues. I asked for a manager and the rep said they were not authorize to call a manager.
I asked for their address and a Rep called Michelle said it is in their policy not to give out their address, she said she was done with me and hung up on me. I called again and as soon as I gave out my name they hung up on me again.
