My purchase was made on January 8, 2026. As of today, March 8, 2026, it has been exactly 8 weeks — a full 2 weeks past the already lengthy 6-week estimated delivery window — and my order has not been shipped. There has been no tracking information provided, no proactive communication, and no explanation for the delay.
This deceptive practice of concealing shipping timelines until after payment is completed, combined with failing to fulfill orders within their own stated timeframe, is misleading and unacceptable. Customers deserve full transparency BEFORE making a purchase, not after.
