I purchased an item through my PayPal account from a Facebook website (Evenhandedy.com) it was a set of car horns. They arrived within 16 days of purchase of course with different address out of Chicago, Illinois. Meanwhile, all communication seems to be overseas cause I was monitoring the tracking of the package through a website they provided. I never provided any Social Security and/or account numbers to them. I'm just extremely disgusted with how they handled a customer wanting to return the item that cost me $48.05 and never represented what they advertised. They offered me $5.00 in a refund and to keep the horns, I want my entire refund and I will return the item back as they state in their return policy. I pay for postage return, I don't care about paying for the return.
