I had received an email to promote an event and it looked like a great site. So I edited the ad and promoted our upcoming concert. When I paid for the promotion, I noticed the start time wasn't correct so tried to edit the time. There isn't a way to edit the Ad and now it will be visible to the public with erroneous info. I tried to reach out to the help desk but noone responded to my query to help change the time. There was one email that was sent but it was just a blanket email with info that did not resolve my problem. This is $60 down the drain. I will never use Evensi again and advise none else does.
