I am the broker on the property that they list as their address as a building I represent. If you need ownership to sign off on this and provide a rent roll showing they are not a tenant they are happy to do so. We would like to get our address removed from the fake company's website as we are getting people showing up at our listings furious and looking for a tenant who doesn't exist after they have been taken for tens of thousands of dollars. I can also provide contact information to the parties involved.
