I purchased a course through their website over a year ago and ever since then they’ve have been charged a monthly fee ($7). Even though I am receiving no services and have emailed several times to “cancel” and remove these charges. I have never been contacted back about these charges.

I signed up for a monthly subscription that I canceled and am still being charged for. I approved the first transaction since I tried the service, emailed the contact on the website to cancel afterward. The company did not cancel my subscription and is continuing to charge me monthly for the service I am not using and there is nothing in their TOS that I can't cancel. I have disputed the charges with my credit card, but the company still continues to charge me. There is no phone number or any other way to contact the company other than email or submission form on their website which no one is replying to. The company is scamming people.
